Established in 2021 from a need to find new focus during the COVID-19 pandemic, TKC has been sought after by many member based non-profit societies and associations for our unique and proven method of strong business development.

Sheryl Weber
Sheryl has been by our side personally since 2009, and professionally since 2015. Her background in logistics, events, sales, customer service, and she brings the calm, cool diplomacy to every team and environment. There is nothing that this seasoned pro can’t handle and we are blessed to have her on our team.
Leona Cullen
Leona has been our event and non-profit go-to since 2014. Her background in communications, non-profit management and events provides an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience for what we do, and her work ethic and dedication are unmatched. Leona is an incredible team player, and we couldn’t do this without her.
Simone Jones
Simone is the reason this all exists. Her background in hospital admin and private practice management lends a supreme knowledge of medical administration and surgeon/client coordination to our team. Her meticulous attention to detail and amazing disposition completes our amazing group.
Tyson Kidd
Tyson has been dreaming of this reality since he was in his early 20s, taking the knowledge and skill he’s gained from what felt like a lifetime of experience, and helping struggling companies and teams get back on their feet and stay there. His experience in business management, events, recruiting, onboarding, training, leadership, finance, marketing, advertising, PR, social media, and website management and development lends a broad scope to his team and to his clients.
